China SEM to Launch V3 Electric Car in 2012

According to the strategic plan disclosed before by SEM, from 2010 to 2012, SEM will launch a new comprehensive strategy for new energy cars development, including SEM independent auto brand Delica electric van with electric drive system and SEM independent auto brand V4 concept car with rechargeable hybrid system. SEM V4 concept car is likely the next generation model of V3 concept car and in 2012, and the car will be the SEM electric cars to be mass produced.
