V18-4" is made from the following:

-9 x 4"x10' PVC pipe cut in half ($9.99 each)(89.91 total)(vanes)
-2 x 24" Bike rims(free)(top and bottom rim mount)
-1 X 6" bike axle from an old bike (free or few $)(top axle)
-1 X 5" long male/female adaptor (arbor) ($7.99)(bottom connection)
-1 X 24" bike rim (free)(center bracket assembly)
-24 X 1"x1/8" screws ($2.99)(screws)
-1 X Presto Alt. M-12 ($225.00)(generator)
-frame made from 2x4 ($6.00)(frame)
Total of::: $331.89

so far I got 10 watts in 14kmh wind

Sorry, I am not going to have a step by step instructions, I used the pervious methods
of assembly.
