    Bert Walker I want to see: Wheelie, stoppie, and E.T.'s(drag strip). Then, endurance test, foul weather test, 'dump' test, repeated hard braking test for brake fade, extreme temperature test, then have an F1 pilot go run it for all it's worth and see if he can melt the batteries. If it passes all that with flying colors, de-tune it for the street, and put a price tag on it.

    Ant Ick Walker, you wont see that today....as after the EV1 and NiMH battery fiasco of the late 90s made sure the big car companies do not put their best research here.....but, for garage mechanics knowing the power of all torque all the time.....youtube "white zombie electric car" and see something maseratis cant catch...made in a man's garage

    Bert Walker Ant, for automotive equipment, motorcycles, etc., proof comes from the racetrack, and the pubic hairs and brain cells expended to push the equipment TO and PAST design limits, to find out what she'll really do, where the breaking point is, kind of Chuck Yeager territory, but maybe you're right, politically correct and economically sensitive corporate America(other country_____________) might not really have it 'to go' in the product development dept. anymore. But, there's about 1/2 billion or more 'shade tree' types around the world that haven't been taught what they can't do. Yet.
