Martin Kruus says economic crisis hasn’t changed strategy. TALLINN - Experts say that renewable energy, at least for the Baltic states, will be most viable only from wind and bio-energy sources. While looking at the windy conditions off the Baltic sea, the most attractive wind areas are comparable with those of inland Denmark.
