Greener Homes Scheme Application Guide

Greener Homes Scheme Application Form

Phase III
We are a relatively small industry with minimal lobbying clout - we rely, most gratefully, on our enthusiastic customers to make the case for solar and other alternative energy systems with this Government. Instead of going forward we are now going back wards again due to no vision of our none elected leaders. Grant aid for pv solar (photovoltaic) or domestic windturbins are none existing. Supplying power to the national grid (ESB) by pv solar or domestic wind turbines are not even be credited to the producer. Instead Greener Homes Grant are given to electric heating systems (heat pumps) using vast amounts for power. The power produced in this country is done in outdated fossil fuel burning power stations.
The big boys with there wind turbines and wind parks are getting payed by the ESB and pulling grants for supplying CO2 free power to the national grid, so why not do the same for the small domestic producer?
Keep on sending those letters and emails to our so called "green people" here you have a chance of sending your message to:
Emon Ryan http://www.eamonryan.ie/v2/contact/
See what people power can do. Without your support and lobbying, "The Greener Home Grants" may never have been achieved in Ireland .

All our systems are environmentally friendly and recognised as a genuine alternative to conventional forms of energy.
Our product range incl. Flat plate solar & evacuated tub collectors for water heating, solar air heating and ventilation systems, solar storage tanks in steel or stainless steel, wood pellet central heating boilers and storage systems for wood pellet fuel, wood gasification boilers, pellet stoves for room heaters free standing or inserts for air and water heating, wood burning stoves and cookers, combined air to water heat pumps, PV solar panels, small scale wind turbines, batteries and controllers for stand alone systems. Controllers & inverters for grid connection.

Building a new house and not using solar thermal energy for heating your hot water, madness or still to much money to burn?
Ireland missed out big time on a golden opportunity to get there renewable energy resources going. But instead build what you like and the bigger the better was the name of the game. And yes of course "Concert build is better build" what a load of B****** now with energy prices at record high the reality of bad building regulations and poor building standards is coming home. Remember the next Irish summer is coming.
